Our Vision
Sunshine Village will construct a residential communities for active seniors who are healthy, and able to care for themselves. No nursing or personal care services are provided by the village. The residents will be age qualified and partially or fully retired.
Our leisure and lifestyle oriented communities offer shared facilities for our residents to enjoy healthy and fulfilling lives.
In Australia, thousands of retirees live in these communities designed for active seniors. It is our desire at Sunshine Village to provide this style of living to the millions of active seniors living in Japan.
