The Sunshine Village Green - Google images show the site is not entirely flat, with parts of it appearing to have slopes up to 1 in 4. This information is very general and needs to be verified by on site surveys later on.
International requirements for aged care require a maximum slope of 1 : 14 for pedestrian access. This means that we need to plan access roads and footpaths broadly along contour lines. This allows us to minimise site works and save as many trees as possible which is a feature and attribute of the site.
