Sunshine Views is our large and partitionable multi-purpose function room which will host our many parties and special events.
At full size, Sunshine Views can accommodate all residents of Sunshine Village and many guests!
Our Clubhouse will be home to an inexpensive and delicious restaurant called Sunshine Fusion. Here our residents can enjoy lovely lunches and dinners with Japanese, Italian and Western menu options.
Our Clubhouse will be home to a fun and trendy Jazz Cafe called Sunshine Tunes. Here our residents can relax and enjoy delicious coffees, teas, sandwiches and cakes while listening to smooth background music.
Sunshine Chapel is perfect for small concerts, Sunday church service and local weddings. Many Japanese couples choose to have a "western style" service for their wedding celebrations and we expect wedding parties in our Sunshine Views Function Room to be a valuable revenue stream.
The cozy size of the Sunshine Chapel Concert Hall allows our residents to enjoy some magnificent musical performances from local for which the Japanese are famous.
Our Administration Building is home to a Support Desk, concierge, kiosk for basic purchases, inhouse travel agency, event planners, sales and marketing team and public relations team.
There is also a Shed for pushbikes and a collection of tables, chairs and sun umbrellas for use at the communal BBQ areas.
